What are your Charge Rates?
£20 per hour
£17 for 45 minutes
£13 for 30 minutes
£ 8 for 15 minutes
What are your Terms and Conditions?
Our Terms and Conditions are Simple
You get what you pay for.
You will only be charged for Services Provided, but ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any planned cancelations.
All we ask is that you pay your bill within seven days of receipt and preferably by direct bank transfer
Are you Licensed and Insured?
We are Registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide Personal Care
We are covered by a care specific Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
Are the Staff DBS Checked?
All of our Self Employed Personal Assistants have been DBS checked within the last two years.
All Personal Assistants on a guaranteed hours or Zero Hours contract are DBS checked and registered on the Update Service
