We can help with:
- Washing / Showering / Bathing
- Getting dressed / undressed
- Management of Medications, including prompting, taking medication from packaging where clients are unable to do so, full administration and assistance to order and collect medication if required.
- Keeping their homes clean and tidy
- Preparing healthy balanced and nutritional meals, which are to the client’s own liking and enabling individuals to do as much of this for themselves as possible.
- Preparation of Drinks and assisting with preparation of drinks, enabling people to do as much for themselves as possible.
- Assistance with eating and drinking, where required, and enabling individuals to do as much for themselves as possible
- Assisting with or completing Laundry, including washing drying and ironing as required to the client’s own personal preferences.
- Assisting and encouraging individuals to mobilise and be active wherever possible
- Accessing the community, including meeting friends and family, getting fresh air, attending medical appointments, shopping etc
