Owner
Victoria Gallagher-White
With over 20 years of experience in the Care industry Victoria has worked as a carer, field care supervisor and a CQC Registered Manager.
Victoria started her business in October 2021 as a micro-care provider when the company she was working for decided to give notice to all their clients they were supporting in the Purbecks
Supervisory Personal Assistant
Jsanine Jenkin
JJ started working in care at the age of fifteen in a nursing home and did a lot of training with the Nurses on shift. JJ has also been a live in carer and was a full time carer for her Grandmother.
JJ Joined the team in March 2023 as a Supervisory Personal Assistant and now assists Victoria with the day to day running of the business, assisting with Care Assessments, Care Planning and introducing clients to their Personal Assistants, as well as being one of our main care givers.
Senior Personal Assistant
Zoe Winter
Zoe has many years of care experience and has worked in care homes and in a domiciliary care setting.
Previously Zoe worked as a baker and now enjoys using these skills to make freshly prepared cakes and scones for some of our clients.
Personal Assistant
Jessica Hart-Shea
Jess joined the company in December 2022 soon after her son started school. Jess has been provided with hands on training and was not left to lone work until she was fully confident. Our clients often describe her as a duplicate of Victoria, not surprising as she was her mentor and guide to working in the Care sector. Jess is working towards her Care Certificate via e -learning and Webinar training, as well as on the job support and mentoring from Victoria and Jsanine
